Cinnamon . . is a great source of manganese, fiber, iron, and calcium and it was once more valuable than gold.

Smelling  cinnamon boosts cognitive function and memory and is known for arthritis relief, colds, indegestion, cramps, cures bacterial infections, cancer prevention, improves energy and is a natural food preservative.
The most important, for some people ... it is a natural remedy for migraine and headache relief.
Cinnamon and weight loss???
Cinnamon stabilizes your blood sugar.  High blood sugar levels can increase the storage of fat by the body, cinnamon helps prevent this increased storage of fat and enables you to lose weight.
It actually creates a chemical reaction.  When cinnamon is consumed, the body reacts chemically to digest the cinnamon. This reaction speeds up the metabolism.
Cinnamon also helps the body to process carbohydrates more efficiently and this assists you in losing a few pounds.
Studies show that abdominal fat is more sensitive to the effects of cinnamon than fat from other parts of the body.
